Version 0.52

- games added: avp2, bfv, igi2, jk2, jk3, rtcw, ut2k3, ut2k4
- sendqueue removed (no need to do ratelimiting)
- serverlist.c + scanner.c merged, removing one thread
- daemonize & run-as-user support
